Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for:

Items missing original components or packaging
Clearance or final sale products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos.
We will prioritize either:
A replacement shipment
Return Shipping Costs
Our responsibility: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, we cover the shipping cost.
Customer responsibility: If the return is for personal reasons, the customer covers return shipping.
