Welcome to ZENBON.
The terms “ZENBON,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and online store. ZENBON provides this website, including all related information, content, features, products, services, and customer support (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies referenced on this website, govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You may not use another person's account without authorization or provide false or misleading information when using the Services.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
ZENBON makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, videos, dimensions, weights, colors, features, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

Measurement methods; or
-
Differences between product batches.
Product images are provided for reference purposes. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
We reserve the right to update product specifications, packaging, accessories, features, and designs where such changes do not materially reduce the essential function of the product.
We may discontinue or limit the availability of products at any time.
SECTION 3 – MOBILITY AND ASSISTIVE PRODUCTS
Certain ZENBON products, including electric wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, bathroom safety products, and other mobility or assistive products, are designed to assist users with mobility and daily activities.

ZENBON products are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, reduced mobility, balance difficulties, or other health concerns that may affect your safe use of a product, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
You must not use a product in a way that is inconsistent with the user manual or applicable safety instructions.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from ZENBON.
An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed and processed it.

Payment authorization issues;

SECTION 5 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to receive the product and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Your statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, where applicable, are not affected by this section.
SECTION 6 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other charges will be displayed at checkout where reasonably possible or otherwise handled according to the applicable Shipping Policy and local laws.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, and availability restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections, you may have additional statutory rights.
For qualifying online purchases by EU consumers, these rights may include a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable withdrawal period, subject to applicable exclusions and conditions.
