Testimonials

Maggie Donnelly
We wanted something comfortable and practical for family outings, and the 632A has been a great fit. The aluminum frame fits in our RAV4, the joystick is simple to operate, and the battery range easily handles a full day out. It's straightforward, comfortable, and easy to transport.

Bob Whitfield
The electric reclining function on the 632B makes longer rides much more comfortable. The 350W motor handles hills confidently, and when folded, the chair fits neatly into my car. The controls are simple and the overall design feels solid and practical.

Linda Petersen
The automatic folding function is what I appreciate most about the 632C. With one button, the chair folds in seconds, making it much easier to load into our CR-V. The removable battery and compact folded size are especially convenient for everyday transportation.

Jim O'Sullivan
I took the 632D Electric Fold & Recline on a 12-day caravan trip along the Great Ocean Road. The electric folding function made every stop easier, while the reclining seat added extra comfort during longer days out. The 350W motor handled the hills smoothly, and the battery range was more than enough for our daily trips. It made traveling much more convenient for both me and my wife.
FAQ
Which model is right for me?
Pick 632A - if you want a reliable folding wheelchair at the best price and don't need powered extras.
Pick 632B - if you prefer adjustable reclining comfort during longer rides.
Pick 632C - if automatic folding and easier vehicle loading are important to you.
Pick 632D - if you want both automatic folding and adjustable reclining for travel and everyday use.
Is the battery removable? Can I charge it separately?
Yes. The24Ah lithium battery weighs 9.48 lbsand detaches from the frame. You can charge it on the chair or remove it and charge it indoors. This also helps if you live in an apartment — charge the battery inside while the frame stays in the car.
Can the battery be taken on an airplane?
The 24Ah lithium battery typically exceeds the 100Wh limit for most airline cabin regulations. We recommend contacting your specific airlinebefore travel. Many carriers allow mobility device batteries as checked cargo with advance notice. The chair itself folds to 28"×30"×16" and will fit in most car trunks and SUV cargo areas.
Is the wheelchair easy to operate?
The joystick controller is designed for intuitive one-handed operation. Push forward to move, pull back to reverse, and tilt sideways to turn. Speed can also be adjusted directly from the controller for comfortable everyday operation.
Can it navigate tight indoor spaces?
Yes. The35.63-inch (90.5 cm) turning radiusallows it to maneuver through standard doorways, clinic hallways, supermarket aisles, and around furniture at home. The joystick controller provides smooth, precise speed control for indoor navigation.
Can I use it manually if the battery runs out?
Yes. There is amanual freewheel leveron each motor that disengages the drive, allowing the chair to be pushed like a manual wheelchair. Note: with a 13-mile range, running out mid-trip is rare under normal use, but it's good to know the backup is there.
What safety features does it have?
Electromagnetic automatic brakes— the chair stops as soon as you release the joystick. Anti-tip wheels at the rear prevent backward tipping on ramps. The controller includes an emergency stop function. The solid tires mean no flats to worry about.
What's the warranty and return policy?
The chair arrives mostly pre-assembled — you just attach the joystick controller and footrests (10–15 minutes). ZENBON covers manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, and battery under ourWarranty Policy. Returns are accepted within the window specified in ourReturn & Refund Policy. Because it's a large-item delivery, we recommend contacting support first so we can troubleshoot before a return.
